At EduQuest Adventures, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational resources and tutoring services. We stand behind the value of our materials and sessions, and we want our customers to feel confident in their experience.

 

Tutoring Sessions
Tutoring sessions are billed after the service is provided. Because payment is not collected in advance, a traditional refund policy does not apply. However, we ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy. Excessive or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the discontinuation of services.

 

Digital Products (TeachersPayTeachers)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are considered final. However, if you discover a legitimate error or issue with a purchased resource, please contact us at nmh@edquestadventures.com. Refunds may be granted at our discretion if the issue significantly affects the usability of the product.

We reserve the right to determine whether a refund request meets our policy criteria.
